Surrogacy Arrangements can be confusing, and expensive due to the complexity of the issues involved.  Mid-South Surrogacy Law offers professional, affordable, legal services on all issues of surrogacy tailored to your specific needs whether you are an Intended Parent or a Surrogate.   Our services include but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting Intended Parents in identifying and locating the best possible match in selecting and securing your surrogate:
• Assisting surrogates in being matched with the correct Intended Parents;
• An initial consultation with Intended parents and Surrogates to help you understand the process, what is involved, and how to start a surrogacy journey; 
• Negotiating terms and conditions of the surrogacy contract between Intended Parents and Surrogates;
• Reviewing insurance coverage and advising as to insurance issues;
• Drafting surrogacy contracts between Intended Parents and the Surrogate:
• Reviewing surrogacy contracts on behalf of the Surrogate:
• Drafting pre-birth orders and orders of custody:
• Representing Intended Parents in court hearings to declare their rights in the child born from the surrogacy;
• Addressing the pending surrogacy birth with hospital administrators and physicians. 
• Arranging DNA testing;
• Obtaining approval from the state Office of Vital Statistics and Department of Health as to the pre-birth Order:
• Assisting with birth certificates;
• Handling adoption proceedings with traditional surrogacies; and,
• Otherwise assisting in all aspects of the surrogacy and offering suggestions and solutions to issues you may not have considered.
